David Wildermuth’s practice focuses on financial services and consumer banking litigation. In particular, David concentrates on representing major lending institutions and servicers in complex mortgage foreclosure litigation. David has over a decade of experience in this field. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at law firms handling foreclosure and financial services litigation. David has extensive experience in motion practice, appearing in Court for oral argument and settlement conferences. David has also handled trials, discovery, depositions and evidentiary hearings.
While at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, David was awarded international Law Review, Staff Member of the Year.
David enjoys playing tennis, down hill skiing, and reading.
